Well conceived but...

Lots of thought put into the PB design and features offered, but unfortunately, PowerBroker is critically flawed in both execution and support. (Note the unfortunate name duplication: there is Power Broker from BeyondTrust, a security provider, and PowerBroker CRM.) There is zero, none, nada support online, or even YouTube, for the PowerBrokerCRM features (except for links to SFDC-produced generic videos). So none of the operational concepts like "pursuits" is explained, much less given a tutorial. Obvious integrations between features (like when entering a new pursuit, you must reference a property, but if the property is not yet in the database, you have to leave the pursuit and enter the property then return to the lpursuit entry, rather than being offered the new property entry screen, making the entry, and then continuing the prusuit entry process). Support was good during the initial trial, but once subscribed, it takes a week, even with reminder emails, to get a response. And for all intents and purposes, there is No phone support. Disappointing operation to say the least, especially when compared to REthink, which sets the bar for support IMO, even though their commercial implementation lacks many of the PB features. For me, the struggle to access and actually use those PB features is both too inefficient and too time-consuming to recommend PB to any prospective CRE user. JMO, YMMV
