Very bad support and very bad design
We have an issue in our organization with a TaskAfterUpsert Trigger which is part of the installed package, it has 3 SOQL queries with 50K limit, one of the is querying tasks with null AccountId. It's blocking all users from sending emails from Salesforce and showing the error from the trigger every time a user try to send an email! Once our org tasks with null AccountId became more that 50k, the issue started to happen and it has more than 3 weeks and there is solution from there support. One of there solution is creating a custom object to replace the standard object task and delete the records from there and create it in the custom object! We're using the app for more than 10 years, but we're going to replace this app very soon!
