Highly recommended
Weâve had a really positive experience with Payments2Us. Our reporting is now much more reliable, especially compared with our previous setup where telefundraising and face-to-face data came through separate integrations and did not always map correctly in Salesforce. The team was very helpful during implementation, and being able to connect with our existing payment gateway was a huge relief. Overall, it has reduced our workload significantly.

The Payments2Us team were all a pleasure to work with. David worked to help us get set up and started, Vish has been phenomenal in working with me to resolve any issues that came up. Payments2Us came highly recommended by our partner and I can only say that my experience with them has only cemented them as the best option for nonprofits on Salesforce.
Highly recommend for regular giving programs
If you run a regular giving program, this app will make your life easier. Handles retries and renewals well and gives good visibility on donor behaviour. The customer support team are quick and very practical in their responses.

A regular giver lifesaver
Always happy to suggest Payments2Us as the go-to for any nonprofit using Salesforce who is looking for a regular giving solution. Their support is great and they are constantly improving the product based on requests and feedback. I wish more vendors worked like this!
Seamless transition of our regular givers
Weâve recently made the move over to Salesforce, and a part of that transition was migrating our regular givers card details over without having to re-ask them for it. We really needed a solution that could seamlessly connect with Ezidebit to get our tokens over, and thatâs where Payments2Us came in. The transition was smooth, and we now set up without any of our donors being interrupted.

Support has been great
New to the App and can only comment from the perspective of Salesforce Administration and support as I don't use the App on a day to day basis. Support, particularly Abdul (then some assistance from Vish) have been very patient and supportive as I come to grips with all the moving parts. In short, support has been great and all Apps need great support.
Great webinars!
While we don't use the Payments2us app (yet), their webinars are very helpful. The most recent one that compares NPSP to Nonprofit Cloud was Payments2us particularly helpful in explaining the differences and who/why would you want to make the switch.
