We own and operate a coffee Roastery, coffee shops, e-commerce, manufacture and distribute RTD cold brew cans and compostable and biodegrade-able single serve coffees for our Weaver's Coffee & Tea brand. We walked the Corraro Group through our existing systems and gave them a wish list of what we needed done. They helped us streamline our CRM, ordering, fulfillment, shipping, tracking, credit card charge and then automatically drop the information into QB. What used to take 35 minutes to process an order now takes 30 seconds and we get paid upon order. This allows us to see the entire wholesale business in real time. They responded to our needs quickly and efficiently. Initially we thought it was expensive to rebuild our systems, however, the money we spent was well worth it because we could see the data in real time and were able to pivot on a dime which helped us to increase our profit.
