Were they instrumental in making a customer happy? Use the power of Rypple to recognize them directly from within Salesforce. Just click the Rypple Thanks button, choose a badge that best describes their contributions and tell them a bit about the value of what they've done. Your colleague will receive a badge with your praise. The Rypple Thanks tab within Salesforce will also give you more information on some of the recognition that you have received.
