Wait for improvements before implementing

I give this App two stars because the potential is great, but the UI is not very intuitive/user friendly. Why there isn't a Loop tab is beyond me (it's buried under Company Name drop down) and I don't immediately think of clicking on my company name as a way of getting back to the Home screen). My biggest issue with the App is that there's no way to copy questions from a management summary into a self summary (if you want management and the sales rep to both answer the same questions) so you waste a lot of time typing/formatting questions that you've already entered for the first part of the loop. The other biggest glaring issue is that there is no Loop organization. Ideally there would be custom views set for the Loops so that you can organize them. I've created a loop based on monthly field visits so in a month's time you would have 1 Loop for each of the sales reps (about 40 total) for Sept., another 40 for Oct., etc. That's a lot to dig through each time you want to launch a Loop. It would be better to have 1 Field Visit template and then when you kick off a loop, the saved loop is stored in another area of Rypple that you could sort through based on launch date/completed date/Loop subject. We've also experienced a number of issues where we've not been able to use Rypple Thanks to show badges on Chatter (some users pull up inactive). I've had a case out for over a month now and it's still not resolved (no one can explain why this occurred). I've also been recently informed that the HR integration is in beta. Personally I don't mind testing out functionality (as an Admin that's a big part of trying new things), but I don't want that for my end users when we all struggle with adoption issues already. We should have been told on the front end of our Rypple discussions that HR was in beta and we would have waited until the App and integration was further developed (the only integration piece

Great app and support

The support team is great, i had a login issue but finally it was solved. Recommendation: if you are using special characters in your password I strongly recommend only using the "!", the other ones will give you login problems from salesforce. Is great the integration with rypple.
