UC Innovation has been an excellent partner to work with. They have a very high level of engagement, are fun to work with and flexible to our needs. This was our first project with Salesforce, and UC Innovation brought our team up to speed quickly on all its features. Edith Cowan University engaged UC Innovation to implement their ascend Advancement product for our Office of Development and Alumni (ODAR). The time frame was very tight as ODAR needed to be off their existing software within 9 months. UC Innovation proved to be a dream vendor. Their knowledge of Salesforce was second to none and they were happy to customise their product to suit the demands of the Development and Alumni team. All the business requirements were met and the product went live effortlessly within the project timeline. Ken Tang provided excellent technical knowledge and guidance. He was always accommodating, customer focused and available (despite the 15 hour time difference). He became a highly valued member of our team and we will miss our daily stand-ups! We do not hesitate to recommend UC Innovation as a competent, reliable Salesforce partner with outstanding products.

Overall the Lightning project went well! I thought the UCI team excelled in the following areas: (1) Accessibility and Communication - The UCI team was always responsive, accessible, and did a great job communicating what was included in releases and risks. (2) Agility - They made changes swiftly, without compromising quality, whether this was during testing or while in production. (3) Technical Expertise - They helped provide technical knowledge that PatientPop would not have immediately known. Areas the project could have improved: (1) Project Planning - It felt like the project was missing structure and PatientPop was confused about what they were expected to do (or what they were trying to achieve) when I first joined the project. (2) Expectations - Since UCI had experience migrating teams to Lightning, more expectations could have been set throughout the process to guide the team and prepare them for each stage of the project. (3) Best Practices - I'm unsure if we setup the Case layout as effectively as it could be. UCI shouldn't hesitate to provide more insight on best practices, provide examples on other layouts, or push back on certain requests if it's not how Salesforce should be configured.

We found the team to be proactive partners that did a great job of helping us navigate the platform in order to address our particular work processes. They are solution-oriented and responsive.

Flexible, Trustworthy & Effective

As newcomers to SalesForce, we were introduced by our SF rep to an implementation/channel partner and decided to give them a shot. It didn't take long before we grew leery of their disorganization and inability to communicate within their own ranks. At the time we were wrapping up the first phase of our implementation we realized we made a costly mistake and knew that we were ready for a switch. A colleague referred us to Christine and UC Innovation. The timing was perfect. We were specific about what we wanted in an implementation partner and equally specific about what we didn't want. They listened carefully, understood our need for flexibility and they delivered on the requirements as promised in a very reasonable amount of time.
