Vertex guided us to the Nintex add on, and then took a basic word document and turned it into an automated tool on our account page. This created a one page account synopsis that may be printed out or easily reviewed by our inside sales team. Without Vertex, we would have been stuck in a very manual process that is now the literal click of the button.

The team at Vertex prepared our team for a transition to lightning. Any changes needed to limit interruption to our business were handled and our team was trained by Suraj Pillai. We appreciated the guidance during this transition.
