IPFolio stays our system of choice

We are working with IPFolio since more than four years now and we are still convinced that we took the right choice of a system. The system is very user friendly, simple and very configurable. It supports our working processes very well and reduces administration effort. We got another boost of administration efficiency, when we started to work with IPAN through an API interface. Now, we are currently improving details of our configurations in order to get some further efficiency gains mainly in adminstration work. We are also happy with the premium support team that gives us fast and efficient problem solving support. Further, it is always a pleasure to work closely with Kevin Nugent who is able to give us guidance on anything relating to IPFolio and also great fun to work with product development guys Sebastian Lechner or Brice Hoareau. We are looking forward to a long term partnership.

I`ve been exploring IPfolio, and I`m genuinely impressed with how intuitive and powerful this platform is. It streamlines workflows and provides great visibility into our IP portfolio. Hight potential but better customer service is needed

I am using IPfolio for past 5 years as our main IP platform. Platform has incredible potential to be best IP platform on the market, but if something is wrong or some features don't work correctly, getting to customer service or engineer is challenging and difficult. If there was no for Kevin Nugent I would have cancelled the subscription and switch to some other IP platform. He was working with us for months to fix broken features, implement new features and customize the platform for our in-house IP management needs. Kevin - 5 stars IP Folio - 3.5 stars

最开始使用是从2021年，IPFolio可以帮忙管理大量数据，数据都以模块式来管理，且可以根据用户的需求，更新模块内容及数据字段，且对于用户的更新需求可以较快的实现。报表功能（Reports）和仪表盘功能 （Dashboards）可以用于满足用户对于不同数据的统计分析和处理，可以灵活自由的根据用户的需求自行生成的。且IPFolio的客户服务很到位，会有专门的负责人与用户对接以便更新用户需求和解答用户关于使用上的问题。
