SoapBox Engage did a thorough job scoping our project creating a roadmap we could follow with our consultants to successfully transition to Salesforce. The staff they assigned to our project were thorough, patient and took the time to understand our needs. They were great to work with and went above and beyond. We highly recommend them.
Our non-profit decided to start using Salesforce, and we needed the help of specialists to make implementation and explain how to use the platform and meet our needs effectively. Soapbox Engage migrated our Salesforce Workflows to Flows. They took time to fully understand our requirements and map out a project plan. During the project they were responsive, easy to work with and Knowledgeable.
Soapbox Engage helped us implement our first ever CRM and helped us build a new donations page for our website. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful (but I recommend taking notes on how to do certain things in Salesforce because it's difficult to recreate on your own at times).
