Now IT Matters is always accessible us, I often forget that we are not their only clients because it is so easy to reach out and get feedback.

The Now IT Matters team is very experienced and knowledgeable about the challenges and opportunities in implementing technology in the nonprofit service provider space. Our business model is very unique, and we do not often find consultants who can really produce much value for us, so this was an unusually positive experience for our team. The Now IT Matters team’s advice was both direct and actionable, as well as forward thinking and aspirational. Their advice and support for our planning process has been what our organization needed to move ahead with more confidence.

NiM is flexible and willing to work with the tools that we use to communicate. Their understanding of the Salesforce platform paired with their prior experience working with our user base from our partnership during initial implementation was crucial to the success of our project. They are a strong partner, but it definitely helps improve likelihood of project success if the client has an equally strong technical and strategic resource to effectively communicate the business need.

Our experience with Now IT Matters was great! Angela is super sharp and understood the needs of our unique nonprofit very well. She proposed solutions that ensured our team's Salesforce utilization success for the future. Scheduling with their team was a little funky (limited proposed time slots for the group of 8 from our team across multiple time zones, final presentation meeting was split between two sessions as one ended up not being enough time), but the value that Angela's expertise gave outweighed that. We definitely recommend working with their team for your Salesforce needs!

The NiM team was well organized, asked all the right questions and kept us informed every step of the way. When issues arose, they made the entire team available to help us solution and find new ways forward.

We're happy to have this strategic assessment and Joni Bryan did an excellent job both in assessing our business processes and use of/need for technology and in keeping us apprised of the process. We entered into this assessment with the expectation that we'd be working with NiM through our entire build-out. We were stunned to learn in our report-out meeting that NiM has changed their policy and insists clients purchase Guidance, which would more than double the cost of our build-out. Even with our grant, we can not afford this. We're not unhappy with the assessment, but will have to find another, affordable way to implement. We spent 2 weeks interviewing SF consultants and were pretty sold on NiM and Joni. While the money on the assessment isn't a "waste", because the information is useful, we do feel like our time and energy has been wasted and our project is now definitely behind schedule.
