Salesforce & Tableau Delivery for a Marine & Defence Focused Business

We recently worked with Pracedo to deliver a Salesforce–Tableau reporting solution for our UK marine and defence-focused business, and the results have been excellent. Pracedo took the time to properly understand our existing Salesforce setup and the realities of operating in a complex, regulated marine environment. They then built a clear set of dashboards covering forecasting, sales pipeline, revenue, and procurement, giving our teams live data visibility across the business. We’ve already seen an immediate return on investment, with reduced manual reporting, better forecast confidence, and earlier commercial and procurement insights that are helping margin and cash flow. A professional team that genuinely understood how to turn our data into meaningful reporting tools. Highly recommended.

Pracedo are always great at the discovery and project management, keeping everyone informed throughout and working well with our internal team on build/testing/roll out. This was a particularly tricky project as it involved API integration of SF to Assemble and back again, as the VMS system could not directly integrate with SF and had it's limitations, which caused delays along the way. Pracedo handled this with us really well and when we were restricted on what we could achieve there was always good communication and problem solving between the project team.

Working with Pracedo on the complex problem space of Lead to cash was a league above others who we've worked with in the past. From initial scoping, through change management and delivery their execution and comms were superb. Technical knowledge of their team were outstanding, and willing to help out on the margins of the project scope.
