We are in a change process, the IT system is expanded to international usage, & scaled to some hundred users in stead of less than 100. Amp Impact is the system that fits the scope and requirements, and Vera solutions is the best service provider I've seen in over 20 years of being in IT management & tech. Especially the solution orientad approach instead of a sales oriented approach does the trick. Plus, a lot of expertise, and a smooth change if roles/people/contacts change over time. Tipp for other clients: Be engaged, ready to listen, bring experts of the field and have enough patience for a big IT project. The workshop plan (design, implementation, other phases, also after GoLive plans...) are well designed and the expertise of the team helps a lot even with experienced experts on our side.

We partnered with Vera Solutions to deliver a tailored Salesforce System Administrator Training for staff. Our goal was to strengthen internal Salesforce capability and ensure our system administrators could confidently manage configuration, reporting, and user support across multiple country offices. Vera brought exceptional structure and clarity to the project, combining weekly live sessions, self-paced exercises, and hands-on sandbox practice. Their enablement manager, created a learning environment that balanced theory and practical experience, covering everything from platform fundamentals and data management, to reports, dashboards, and release management. The course design reflected Vera’s deep understanding of how nonprofits use Salesforce to manage complex global operations. As a result, our staff now have stronger technical confidence, improved data stewardship, and greater independence in maintaining our Salesforce instance. Vera’s responsiveness, engaging delivery, and emphasis on real-world exercises made this a highly effective programme. We look forward to providing more staff with the training programme in the future.

While we had some challenges with our project initially, Vera Solutions provided consistently excellent managed services. The product, Amp Impact, is also well-documented and pretty mature. More than anything, I value how stable the product is. The releases build on more functionality rather than always correcting the same bugs.
