So much easier to manage campaigns now

This app has really helped our team keep on top of campaigns in Salesforce. The custom statuses make it easy to see where things are at without needing extra spreadsheets or manual notes. It’s straightforward to use, and the visibility it gives across the whole team has been a big win for us.

ICU Locale requires Salesforce API v.45.0 or later for all components

It doesn't seem to use Salesforce API v.45.0 or later for all components required by ICU Locale switching which will be enforced by Salesforce Spring '25 release in Feb. There are several components (classes, triggers and Visualforce pages) which still use Salesforce API less than v45.0. Is there any plans to upgrade all components to use Salesforce API v.45.0 or later?

2.1.1 version is now available for install from the AppExchange. This includes updates to the API Version

We have been working on a version 3 of this App that includes some major upgrades and some new and very useful features. This has all components at a release greater than version 45. However, the testing is not yet complete. For this, we are now planning on a version 2.1.1 that will have all components upgraded and that will be the only change so testing will be much simpler and we will be able to get his out in time. Customer Service

The billing for this is a nightmare. I have been charged 5 times on my card and refunded only once. No one is getting back to me nor seems to care about this. I haven't had the change to use the product yet but I already hate it.

However, we did process a refund within 12 hours of being notified of the issue, and we hope you find this response time reasonable. Wild that a company is charging for this

I could understand charging a one-time fee for something like this, but a recurring fee for something that can be done with a fairly simple Flow is shocking to me. There are several blog posts out there on how to write a Flow to do exactly what this app does. This feels predatory. Yes - it does what it says it will, but no one should be paying a recurring fee for this.

Originally, we offered the app for free, but rising support and compliance costs led us to charge a fee, with any extra going back into the app. We recognise that you're a highly experienced Salesforce user and might find setting up Flows straightforward. However, our app covers complex scenarios requiring advanced admin/developer skills, including working with create/updates and removing the standard sent/responded needing sync and async processing as well as the handling of issues when trying to remove a status that had already been assigned to a related campaign member. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to find a way to better serve your needs.

Simple to use

It is simple to configure, and just does its just when one is working on campaigns.

Great app but better if it were still free, especially for non-profits.

It's a handy app, but $180 / year is actually significant to some small non-profits. What is the NP price?
