SALYTICS usage analytics is a native force.com application designed for web analytics and tracking page visits to Salesforce.com pages. SALYTICS captures end-user visits to pages and stores these visitor records directly within Salesforce.com. The application is installed within Salesforce.com as a managed package and available for use on any Developer, Enterprise or Unlimited sandbox or production install. Page views (Visitor Actions) are tracked and associated to the Salesforce.com User: -Tracking for standard Salesforce.com pages -Tracking for Force.com pages Reports and Dashboards provide information about Salesforce.com usage to support decision-making and optimization. Questions that can be answered by using SALYTICS Visitor reporting: -Which pages have been viewed by a user? -How many hours have elapsed since the user last visited Salesforce.com? -What is the user’s average session time? -What was the clickstream path of the user? -Which objects have been created, edited, viewed or cloned by a user? -Which browser does the user use to access Salesforce.com? -Which screen resolution and screen color depth does the user use to access Salesforce.com?
