Salesforce.com Training

Our company, which sells into the medical device and diagnostics market, engaged Avinta to help analyze, configure and maximize our Salesforce.com CRM system. From our first initial phone conversation, it was apparent that Gita was extremely knowledagble and as important to us, was able to quickly understand our needs and how best to solve them. We had the pleasure of working directly with Gita and accomplished the first phase of our project in a day. Another benefit to working with Gita, is that although our training was remote, it was as if she were in our office conducting training. We are looking forward to accomplishing phase 1 internally and then moving forward with Avinta for phase 2 in the near future.
