We brought on MergeUp to help us automate our donor communications. We found ourselves needing to generate and email a large number of templated documents to donors regarding their cumulative annual giving. Tax season!! Our current Salesforce NPSP ecosystem wasn't equipped to efficiently and accurately get our donors what they needed. Without a document generation solution, we would be mail-merging and manually emailing over 1100 donors. Bringing on MergeUp and utilizing their Gold Level Setup was exactly what we needed. The MergeUp team successfully grasped our problem and how MergeUp could be best implemented as a solution based on our needs and existing limitations of the CRM. The team was very responsive and worked effectively, even with our Salesforce Administrator out-of-office.
