The onboarding was incredibly easy. The staff are very responsive and helpful. The product works exactly as advertised and configuration was not only easy, but easy to remember. I highly recommend this product to any Admin looking to get a handle on their data utilization in Salesforce.

Josh Hyde is amazing! I was in admin panic mode, but then remembered that I have Own - a simple case pointed me in the right direction for recovery. Excellent customer service experience

We have used Own for a couple of years and have just now had the first major case of data corruption. Restoring records is really easy. However, this time we had to restore values of a certain field only without touching any of the other data in the records. This task was a little more sophisticated and we needed help with it. Response time was exemplary as well as the rest of the customer support experience. We had it solved within a 45 min. call.

New user of the software and it saved the day!

The initial setup and job creation was very intuitive and has been working without issue for over a month. Then we needed to do a restore...... We purchased the software as insurance during a mass merge of accounts. Things did not go as planned and we needed to restore a large number of accounts quickly. With the assist of Josh from Own support, we performed the restore without any issues on the operations side. We had done small test restores but nothing on the scale of what we needed to perform. The time to configure and detail prior job launch was very quick as well as the actual retore time once launched. We are very happy with the software; service and we are proof it works. Highly recommend to all that need to control their own destiny in the event of a rollback.

Excellent Backup Solution

We have been using Ownbackup for restoring data for the last four years and have been happy with the product and the ease of use. The support team is excellent. When I’ve needed them, they have been super quick to respond and very helpful. We have also recently purchased the Seeding and Masking tool which has been a fantastic addition to the product. This allows us to create data sets to seed our sandboxes which has simplified our work enormously. The Knowledge Base is extensive and a great resource when needed.

Own Support

I originally submitted a case with Own because I have been trying to seed data to our full sandbox, but the methods I tried were not successful. Joseph was my Own support rep and met with me multiple times to ensure I was building a seeding template that would be successful moving forward. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to guide me through several scenarios. He also pointed out other things I was unaware of during our calls, such as how to address the permissions report. It's great to have a support team spend the necessary time to ensure their customers are satisfied.
