Lirik was hired to overhaul a fully customized platform and bring us back to native/standard functionality. Not without issues and not without all consuming challenges, Lirik was able to bring +75% of the business to standard processes and rebuild the areas that were adamant to maintain custom workflows into an isolated areas of the platform that we could revisit in the future without another full overhaul.

Lirik was very apt at identifying our business requirements and translating those needs into tangible deliverables in Salesforce. There were a few instances we were unable to fully direct Lirik as some requirements only became apparent as the project progressed. They were quick to pivot and redirect their efforts on new requirements quickly and effectively. Lirik also has resources available to assist with integrations and ERP which meant they were able to understand our processes outside the bounds of just Salesforce.

Great job on an MS Dynamics to SFDC implementation

Lirik was an excellent partner for our Microsoft Dynamics to SFDC implementation, a very challenging project with a lot of moving parts. They were incredibly flexible and responsive to our needs, including working around shifting requirements. SFDC was extended as we needed it to be by cleverly using OOB functionality that we can maintain ourselves going forward, rather than massive amounts of customizations, a must for a company of our size.

We don't have an in-house developer so we were exporting our Google Form data, using macros for data transformation, and using DataLoader to insert records into Salesforce in an effort to have "live data" for our COVID emergency response, 7am-10pm 7 days a week. Lirik understood how untenable this was and worked quickly to provide an integration solution that 1) we could deploy & manage on our end, 2) eliminated the need for staffing coverage and 3) provided cleaner data transformation & record sorting. The original solution involved Google Developer Console & Google Sheets API, with Lirik creating Custom Settings & Custom Labels for us to deploy in Salesforce and complete setup with minimal effort. When the project expanded a month later we gave Lirik details of the new sorting process and they redesigned the solution to use Custom Metadata instead of custom labels for each campaign, which allows the solution to work smoothly with minimal edits even as more expansions are added. The timezone difference was a little problematic at times so I would meet Lirik developers on their schedule (late evening/early morning), which was key to launching on our fast deadline. Their work has been invaluable to the agency.

Development Support Retainer with Lirik over past 2 years, a great experience.

Over the past 2+ years, our company has been engaged with Lirik under a 'bucket of hours' type Support agreement. The Support includes the creation of Apex custom code, Workflow Rules, Triggers, Process Builder, Visualforce, Custom field creation and any other type of Salesforce related support. Additionally they help to monitor that our Org is in good health and ready for any improvements or updates as needed.
