Shaun helped us design and implement Salesforce so it is intuitive, useful and simple. Our final product was what we were expecting and it was completed on time and on budget. His clear communication, timely follow up and personal commitment to ensure we understand how to use it was fantastic. He has also be great at providing ongoing support. SF is a powerful platform. Shaun was able to help us identify processes that we use in our day to day activities and he helped us create objects in SF that aligned well with the financial planning we do on behalf of our clients. While doing this, he was able to ensure that we obtained the correct licenses that would accomplish our needs and that we didn't overbuild it. As a result, we're getting great team buy in to using SF over a relatively short time frame. In my search to improve the way we do business, Salesforce was recommended to our Christian organization by other business managers working for various Christian Schools throughout Alberta. Initially, this undertaking seemed overwhelming to the point of asking whether such changes of doing business was feasible or not. This is where Shaun from Perpetual West, with his knowledge and skill set, made the transition extremely smooth. After our decision to use Salesforce in our business, he set up the platform, loaded the relevant apps and customized the pages before I even had my first training session. This program is extremely powerful and we will never outgrow it. Now we’re doing business and tracking all sorts of important data within one software system. Shaun is calm, professional and extremely good at what he does. The thing I appreciate most about his approach is that he teaches me to learn the customization when he could just do them himself (in a fraction of the time).
