Good thing, added value, fit to existing lyaout
Nice Idea and nice implementation Creating new information from existing records Good for sales rep who are getting ownership on exsiting accounts I changed the lables for our organization wording - seems to work fine Good job !

Good Idea not started
I maybe new to Salesforce and thought what a great idea an App to calculate avg lead and close times - save me doing the calc. Downloaded the app and then BAM - system error - need Apex Classes. I look on the system and they obviously exist but sadly i'm just a poor old sales guy trying to make a buck and I need to be more techy. Salesmen use KISS why don't techies?? At the end of the day I've no idea whether it even works - I wish it did!
