Our Organization has used Bigger Boat Consulting for a few years now and they have always been excellent to work with. As a solo admin, I often run out of bandwidth juggling multiple projects/deadlines at once. Bigger Boat is just like having another admin on my team. Whenever I have a problem I can't seem to solve, or simply need another set of hands, I know that I can trust Bigger Boat to help me achieve my deliverables. They're also excellent at not just doing the work, but teaching me the how's and why's behind the work so that I'm more confident in handling it myself moving forward. Recently I needed assistance creating some flows that would auto create related records when specific actions on an Account took place. This project was something that, at the time, was a bit out of my comfortable base of knowledge, and that I didn't have the bandwidth to work on. Bigger Boat was amazing in fleshing out all the details of what I wanted to accomplish in my head, including asking questions I didn't think to ask myself. Communication throughout the project was great, and the end result far exceeded my expectations. They even spent time with me over zoom as I stumbled through building my own flows, giving me pointers and asking questions throughout the entire process.
