Altimetrik was an exceptional partner throughout our initiative to launch Certifications on Salesforce and Pearson. The overall feedback is satisfactory! The Mulesoft developers could have been better in proactively wrapping up the work. There was a lot of handholding by the full time employees inorder to wrap up the task. Anuj Garg and Shyla were good and did a decent job. The QE folks such as Shalini and Mansha Parnami were exceedingly good and did a terrific job. They worked so independently and helped in the early resolution of issues. Not only was their testing at program level superb which resulted in very few issues for BT During the hypercare period. Puneet Mathur was handling the operations side and again did a great job! He was very proactive and shared all the analysis in a detailed manner. Most of the requests were handled on his own with the right BT process being followed.

We partnered with Altimetik to build a new Learning Management System for the Trailhead Academy team, managing all integration work. The Altimetik team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, being involved from the project's outset and spending quality time with the Salesforce team to understand the requirements, business objectives, and implementation plan. Altimetrik played a key role in delivering an industry-standard Learning Management System using Salesforce on Salesforce. Any engineering team should be able to understand the requirements, deliver on time, and deliver according to the requirements. Altimetrik provided all three. It’s a great team with excellent commitment, knowledge, and communication skills that made a difference in our business. Developing a complex industry-standard application in 7 months is not an easy task to achieve, Altimetrik did it gracefully!
