La evaluación del equipo se ha realizado focalizando en una persona con la cual estamos satisfechos con su trabajo, no así con el trabajo realizado con el equipo en general de soporte, donde desde hace un mes o mes y medio, venimos notando un elevado tiempo de respuesta con las incidencias planteadas.
