Ascent Rental manages products, equipment, kits, and event inventory across rental, loan, demo, trial, and lease order types within a single system. Trade Agreements allow you to automatically set pricing by item, account, group, quantity, or time period, ensuring accurate, rule-based pricing without manual intervention. Rental durations are fully flexible: daily, weekly, 28-day, monthly, yearly, or event-based and availability can be planned by specific timeframes to prevent conflicts. The Rental Master provides a centralized view of demand forecasting, inventory ins and outs, current positions, and replenishment or purchasing alerts, while the Reservation Calendar offers a visual booking interface to manage upcoming rentals and availability.
