We were implementing Salesforce for a new project and needed scheduling and resource management. Mission Control was suggested as a good fit for what we needed, and from the outset, Victor Pedroni from Aprika worked in seamlessly with our Salesforce implementation team to develop a solution that suited our needs and then some. Being halfway round the world was not a problem and we were able to schedule meetings with Victor to fit in with our timeframes, and time zone! Nothing was a problem and even our 'dumb' questions were responded to with professionalism and courtesy. At present, we are only using a fraction of what Mission Control is capable of, and with the regular campfires presented by Aprika, we are looking forward to exploring how we can exploit more of its potential in the future to capture data and streamline our processes.

We’ve been extremely pleased with our experience with Mission Control. From the beginning, the team focused on understanding whether the platform was the right fit for our company rather than pushing a sale, which we really appreciated. The collaboration during implementation was outstanding - especially working with Victor Pedroni, who was incredibly patient, responsive, and supportive throughout the process. No matter how many questions or requests we had while standing up our instance, he never made us feel like a burden. The level of partnership and customer care we received made the rollout smooth and successful. Last but certainly not least, Mission Control compares very favorably to solutions that are double the price!

A highly customizable, fully-featured project management suite for Salesforce

I needed to onboard our development team into Salesforce, but I first needed to find a project management/Gantt chart solution for them. After gathering requirements and an exhaustive search, I chose Mission Control due to the number of custom objects that integrate well with the Gantt chart as well as my company's workflow processes. What I value most about Mission Control is how flexible it is -- we don't track Hours Spent, we don't have "Retrospectives." We have a very complicated and variable business workflow, and Mission Control has proved time and time again to be able to adapt to our needs no matter how quirky.

Mission Control has been a great addition to our Salesforce setup. It’s intuitive, effective, and really helps keep projects on track. The support team is always responsive and helpful, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend. Mission Control also fits beautifully in terms of Brand synergy with STRATOSFEAR.

Great First Impression of the Support Team

We're new to Mission Control (launching in October). We can't say enough about our implementation manager handling our complex organization and build. A 6 out of 5! Our recent first experience with the Support Team was also great. They were responsive, asked the right questions, and provided helpful updates while they worked through solutioning the issue.

This team is excellent! They are so responsive to any issues you may have, not that there will be too many. But things always come up! And the personal service is great! No PM tool is a magic fix all, which is what most want you to believe. But if you apply the methodologies, Mission Control will get you to where you want to be! A bonus... if you know Salesforce, you can add your own touches here to make PM really work for the custom needs of your organization! This is the biggest advantage here over some of the other tools out there. Give it a try, dig in, spend some time... really look at how you want to manage projects, and have fun!

Awesome Software and Great Company to work with.

The company I work for has offices in New York and California and utilize separate Salesforce Orgs. We needed software that would allow both offices to coordinate certain functions, such as time tracking and finance related data to go to our shared HR and Fiscal offices. At the same time we needed project management software that would integrate seamlessly with our very different processes, all of which are tracked in Salesforce. After researching and previewing multiple options, we landed on Mission Control by Aprika. We felt the pricing, ease of use and installation, and range of functions and features were the best option for our varied purposes. I particularly like the project management features, the project template creation capacity, and the many ways to view the Actions, or steps in a project timeline. Time tracking is also fantastic with multiple ways to enter time, including quick entry from your Salesforce Calendar with Calendar Converter. (I you use outlook or google calendars, I recommend integrating those with Salesforce using Einstein Activity Capture). Is Mission Control perfect? Of course not. Nothing can meet every need or use case. But the customer support is fantastic. Using a chat function on their website you can either speak to someone live or submit a support ticket. I find that I get a response within an hour or so at the most. The support staff are patient and can quickly direct you to the information you need to answer a question (which may include a section in their easily accessible user guide, or one of their user training videos). If the feature you are seeking is not available, they will submit it to their development team for a future release. The all inclusive pricing is a great feature and comes at a very reasonable price, including discounts for Non-Profits. If I had one complaint it would be that some of the videos could use some refreshing - and perhaps better image quality.
