The project was to update a legacy org to a modern installation of NPSP with minimal customisation. This eventually included also overhauling the integration between Salesforce and our website. In the early stages of the project it was difficult to define both the starting point (our legacy org was not well documented) and the end point. Much learning was required, particularly on our side, to understand how Nonprofit Cloud could best fit our business processes. But when we were eventually able to articulate the project in terms of a clear endpoint and tasks to be completed, our long-term partners - Shonet - were able to complete tasks and implement solutions with great speed and skill. They also worked extremely well with our website partners to ensure that the integration ran effectively. This was a long project, but it has transformed the way we manage our Salesforce CRM and laid the foundation for new approaches to marketing. This success would have been impossible without the support and expertise of Shonet.

We worked with ShoNet to develop and install an integrated application form linked to a CRM system to help manage our grant activities. They understood our objectives and provided a solution that is useful both for all parties (staff, Trustees and applicants) to the deadline. I would highly recommend them.
