Great Partner for a Customized, High-Impact Portal Experience

We’ve had a great experience working with Magentrix for our Employee Hub and Customer Portal. One of the biggest wins for us has been their ability to fully customize both portals to align seamlessly with our branding. The look and feel truly reflect our company, which was extremely important to us from both an internal engagement and client-facing perspective. Beyond design, the functionality they’ve built into our Customer Portal has made it highly interactive and user-friendly. It’s become a meaningful touchpoint for our clients rather than just a static resource center. Their team has also been consistently reliable and responsive whenever we’ve had questions or needed support. They’re agile in their approach and proactive in providing thoughtful recommendations based on best practices, which has helped us make smarter platform decisions along the way. A great tool, team, and value

We've been using Magentrix as the backbone system of our partner program for years now. They've really brought us a great product. Their team is a pleasure to work with and always have a solution to whatever I throw at them. I've had a better experience with Magentrix than much more expensive platforms in the marketplace.

Successful Onboarding of Magentrix for our Partner Programme

We launched our first-ever Partner Portal in 2025 using the Magentrix platform. Throughout the process, the team (Paul & Amman) provided excellent information and support to make the platform the obvious choice for our business. They were patient whilst some stages took us time to map out, but responded quickly when we wanted to speed up the build. Since its launch, we have received great feedback from our customers, partners, and staff, with the portal continuing to grow. We are enjoying the features of the system, and whilst there is plenty to learn, as the application is comprehensive, it is easy to use and understand. Now, our customer success manager (Navin) is continuing to provide us with the high level of support we have experienced throughout.

Magentrix keeps getting better

We've been with Magentrix for almost four years and couldn't be happier. It was already a powerful partner management tool when we signed on but they keep making it easier to use and adding new features to make life easier. The move to making the portal almost 100% user-configurable means we can implement changes in the sandbox, prove them out, and move them to production with zero involvement from Magentrix technical support. Magentrix' deal registration function has been a key element of our sales cycle form our initial implementation. But by combining it with Engagement Pages, we easily create or modify our forms to capture the information we need without bogging the partners down with fields that don't apply to them. Engagement Pages and Resource Collections makes it even easier to provide the right info to the right partner. We're excited about trying the new AI ChatBot feature to allow partners to go directly to the resource they need. Throughout, Magentrix's technical and administrative support has been white-glove level. We're usually informed of an issue before we notice it. When responses are required, they're near-immediate and resolution is quick and efficient. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Highly recommend - 10/10.

Amazing support, easy to use

Magentrix solved all our needs for a PRM. After spending little time in the system, it was easy to configure. It syncs seamlessly with SFDC ,which was exactly what we needed. The team at Magentrix was extremely accessible and helpful at all stages of the process (evaluation, implementation, onboarding & ongoing support). They took all of our requirements and helped us create a solution that suited our needs perfectly.

Magentrix has the best Customer Service

Hands down, the team over at Magentrix has been simply amazing. Usually, in my experience, once we sign a contract with a third party app/company, their customer service drops. However, not with Magentrix. They are always available, willing to help, and there when you need them! They have the best customer service out of the third party apps that i've worked with. And the platform itself is great and very powerful!

Great, easy to use tool that got us the portal experience we were looking for. Easily integrated with salesforce, great standard tools and the ability to build custom where you need to.

Beyond My Expectations

We are utilizing Magentrix for a Partner Portal. They helped us setup every aspect of implementation including the Salesforce integration. It was so quick and painless. They go above and beyond my expectations for continued support. They are very fast to answer any questions you have and make it a very pleasant experience for working with a vendor. Fully customizable platform which is a huge benefit. Merlin and her team are fantastic and I love working with them.

Great tool for a fast-moving startup

We are primarily leveraging Magentrix for a Partner Portal, and this has allowed us to scale our motion very quickly. The implementation experience was fantastic, it's been easy to integrate into Salesforce, and the Customer Success team is super responsive.

Awesome Product, Implementation, and Support

We have been using Magentrix for almost a year now. I am very impressed with our experience with their teams. Requirements gathering and the best practices that was provided, thru development, testing, and "tweaking".
