Training and Adoption in Record Time

In less than 1 year (since beginning work with JPW), we have taken SFDC from highly variable use across many BU's to global standards for Opportunity and Activity Management, Sales Management capabilities with Dashboards and Reports, Executive Insight on Top Opportunities and global team activity. We brought the entire Client Service organization into the tool with our first system integration in mid December and the JPW team developed the training in record time and delivered training to all of those new users in Madison, Indianapolis, Princeton in the US and Harrogate, Leeds and Maidenhead in the UK, all within in 2 weeks. None of this would have been achievable if not for the partnership we formed with JPW and more broadly, the JPW family.
