Rollup Helper - A Declarative Roll-up Platform for Salesforce®

Huge time saver and fantastic customer service

We recently purchased this tool and we are kicking ourselves for not purchasing it sooner. It's saving us a ton of time and headache to be able to bypass limitations with standard rollup fields and not having to implement flow to pass data from one object to another. Not only is it saving us time, but the team is really easy to work with and quick to respond if you need any help. Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service/Support

I had no experience with Rollup Helper and was tasked with getting two rollup summary fields added through the application. I contacted Sales who led me to our Account Rep. Bernadette was very informative. I was able to schedule a call with her and her developer, Nathan. Nathan was more than helpful and when our leadership changed from one object to the other, Nathan made the Object update for me. Their support is top notch! Thank you Rollup Helper for all the help and support when I needed it most.

An absolute must have

It is not always possible to create master-detail relationships and that is where rollup helper comes in. It will calculate child records and store the result on a parent for anything that has a lookup relationship. Not sure how admins cope without it to be honest. It fills a big gap in out of the box Salesforce.

Game changer for running calculations across objects

With out of the box Salesforce roll-up summaries, you are very limited. Rollup Helper unlocks the ability to run so many more calculations. It's a must have in every SFDC instance. UI can be a bit clunky, but once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.

Great companion to Salesforce.

Most data can be aggregated in Salesforce, but there are just a few things that can't. When this occurs, Roll Up Helper is my go to app. Love that I can build it quickly and set it to run real time. Never have to think about again.

Makes life much easier

This is so very helpful in overcoming a limitation in the system for roll ups. It is invaluable since we have so many child objects. It is easy to set up and configure. Only minus is that they can take a day to reply to emails.

Great product and service

Passage Technology did what Salesforce should have, fixing a huge gap in the ability to summarize data, for which I am extremely grateful. Most valuable Salesforce tool

I'm a long time user of Rollup Helper simply because is easy to use. It guides you through the creation with easy selections. It's quick to create a new rollup, test it and well forget it (not really but you get the point). Passage Technology has made regular improvements over the years. My favorite is the feature to manage existing rollups by grouping them in user defined groups. If you haven't tried Rollup Helper recently or at all, it's worth the time and I think you'll find it to be as valuable as I do.

Absolute necessity

I consider this App to be an essential add-on since rolling up Standard objects in Salesforce is not possible, and the number of native rollups is rather limited on custom objects. I think the overall display and search function could be improved.
