The benefits were immediately apparent: no integration, full line of sight throughout the customer's journey, high level student details available to all Salesforce users, out of the box integration with Canvas LMS ... Having completed this highly successful project I can state that we are taking advantage of all the benefits, and we have realised massive efficiency gains.

I engaged wdci for the first time 3 years ago for a small connector. 3 years on, they have aided my organisation with customising and developing on our salesforce instance to enhance our internal capability and provide much more functionality of Salesforce to our way of operation. I've found them to be not only a service provider with an extremely high quality of service and product, but true partners. Have never had the wool pulled over our eyes for projects/costings/estimates, it's always been extremely fair, and with a high degree of communication and transparency (which is lacking in the services space). Advice and guidance is also given with consideration to scalability and a focus on not making a solution a 'short cut' or 'band-aid'. After project support has also been astounding! I would highly recommend engaging this guys - I'm an extremely fussy operator and a review write-up for me is rare, so this should speak volumes!
