Solid.

These guys not only have a solid product, but the support is killer. We're on group edition of SFDC and we evaluated several marketing automation providers. LeadLiaison offers a truly tier 1 product whose functionality is on par with Genius and others. If you're running the group edition of SFDC and looking for a marketing automation provider, these guys are hands down the best among the pack. If you're on professional or enterprise, these guys are definitely worth evaluating alongside anything else you may be considering. The product is full-featured and they're eager to get your feedback on new features for future releases. Product aside, their support is great. Not only is it included in the cost, but you are provided a very knowledgeable, dedicated support rep who's got your organization's success with their product top of mind. Sometimes I feel like we're their only customer, though certainly I know that's not the case. Highly recommend these guys.
