Hello Sales?
Not really a product review... More of a sales experience story. Definitely not an install and go app. Though advertised as "free" you must have an account in order to utilize the software. SO... I Installed the package, Filled out a lead form (which usually warrants an instant sales rep return call). With no call back after a few hours, I called the company and left a "Voicemail" on their Sales line 2 days ago during normal business hours and no call back.... Have decided to look for other options.
Excited to use but a little lost
The app looks awesome! And we are excited to start using as we are having some major adoption issues with our team using Salesforce. After I downloaded the app, it requires a set up called Badgeville API Config. Lots of fields with no direction on how to set up. No white papers and the Badgeville website isn't very helpful. Has anyone set this up before? Any luck?

Hi Heather! Thank you for writing a review. The Badgeville app is only available to current customers, which is why you were having so many issues. I apologize for the confusion. Customers have access to game design experts, who guide them through the set up process, as well as create the best game design for their specific business goals.
