This partner is very knowledgable about Education implementations and has wide experience of Salesforce capabilities offering specialists to assist and guide at every level.

The team was professional and cooperative throughout the project and successfully created a CLM system that will provide value to our organization. We did encounter several challenges during the process: Multiple spelling and grammatical errors were present in the CLM and in the automated emails. A document containing these messages for our review and approval prior to implementation would have been beneficial. Some issues corrected in UAT reappeared in production. Login difficulties occurred in the build, UAT, and production environments, causing delays in testing. These issues were particularly impactful during the two-week production testing window. As a result, certain items now require assistance from Salesforce to resolve, and their support has been very helpful.
