Exceptional Onboarding and Continued Service

I'm a Salesforce Admin who was involved in my company's onboarding process with Sumo Scheduler and has since worked with them for almost a year now. I cannot recommend them enough. In less than a year they have worked hard at improving an already well functioning app with many of the needed features for scheduling and it just keeps getting better. It is clear that they listen to the companies using their application when they put out a new release. The project manager who was involved in our onboarding offered exceptional support and knowledge and seamlessly handed us off to their support team who have been very responsive to any questions / need for solutions I have had since. These are people who know how to provide service! I recommend this application!
