A good extension of the standard search, if a bit clunky.
This is a good way to do those detailed searches in Salesforce Search rather than using Reports. I found the UI a bit clunky. It takes a while to scroll through on a small box through the 'Fields to Display in Search Result', and then you can not rearrange their order.Plus you are limited to 5 fields However I love the export functionality (in Excel or Pdf)! Support has been fast and responsive. If you really want to search rather than report, then this is for you. I think I would probably stick with reporting though and have some more flexibility (and its free).
