These Guys are Rock Stars
We had to import some ACT! databases as part of an initiative to consolidate our divisions on a single Salesforce Platform. Some of the versions of ACT! were ancient. Where a consultant we hired to do the data migration could only import the field data, these guys were able to import history information as well. We had a few hundred records that wouldn't import because of a validation rule which blocked their creation. Even though they were finished importing our data (less the errors), they were happy to finish off the remaining import items as soon as I suspended the validation rule. As always CLEAN YOUR DATA BEFORE you import. Very helpful support team that knows their stuff! We were quite pleased with the results.

A smooth import, with everything as promised.
This worked really great. Everything imported fine and the guys at Import2 were very helpful. I actually made it more work than it needed to be by hand-creating a lot of custom fields that it would have created automatically. The next time I used this service (for a Highrise import 2 weeks later), I let the import process do everything, and it all worked great. What few errors happened, the Import2 team helped me correct before they reloaded. I really recommend these guys!

Works as advertised everything came over as is without any hassle or problems. The team at import2 is very responsive and answered all our questions concerns very quickly. If you have data in Sugar these are your go to guys.
Super easy import from Sugar to Salesforce
What can I say? Import2 just works. We had a bunch of data in Sugar -- contacts, phone numbers, and interactions -- and wanted to easily get it all transferred over to Salesforce. We tried doing the export manually ourselves, but we didn't know how and it seemed like a ton of work. Import2 makes the whole process easy. Mark and his team got all our data transferred right away -- we were ready to go on Salesforce the very next day!
