The Salesforce implementation at Parker has been a great success. The organization has seen great value in the services side driving efficiencies for our customer service teams. Customer resolution times have reduced significantly, and Parker's customer service teams enjoy a more streamlined platform experience. Regarding Sales cloud, Parker now has all sales teams leveraging one CRM system. The company has been able for the first time to consolidate to one platform.
