Hyphenate(Evolve) is prompt to reply when we raise a case and have a problems and provide in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce IMS system with their support. They are professional at customising our systems and integrating them with our existing processes. Their consultative approach is refreshing and always feels personal, and they have provided training to ensure our staff are making effective use of the system.
