Hyphen8 is a boutique CRM consultancy established in 2012 to provide a complete range of services for non-profit organisations looking to implement Salesforce for the first time, or to enhance their existing Salesforce solution. All of our Salesforce-certified consultants share a passion to help non-profit organisations to excel using Salesforce for all processes including grant-making, fundraising, membership and finances. Our mission is to guide non-profit organisations though every step of Salesforce adoption, from solution design and process change to implementation and support. Our Product Innovation Team’s mission is to standardise proven solutions developed on the Salesforce non-profit success pack (npsp) to fast-track implementation and share best practice among non-profit communities. Hyphen8 has a social mission to commit up to 8% of our profits (based on the 8 in hyphen8) to benefit non-profit causes. We are also proud members of Salesforce.org’s Pledge 1% programme, offering free products and pro bono services.
