Frazer is quick to understand what we want as a client and instinctively worked out the easiest solutions. He was transparent about when our system was getting somewhat convoluted (after 8 years of being added to!) and suggested solutions when asked.

Rephrase (Frazer) provides clear and detailed feedback on our options whenever we request his help on identifying a solution. In the case of this project, Frazer gave detailed email feedback and then followed up with a call where he asked specific questions to ensure he understood both the request, and what we were hoping to achieve. Several options were discussed and sound advice was given on which of these would suit our needs and ensure that historic data was still accurate. The work was delivered quickly and within agreed timelines, a full overview of what work had been completed and subsequently tested was receives and the changes have been effective, without any challenges. After the changes were made, I had additional queries and Frazer took the time to explain my dashboard and reassure me of any unfounded concerns. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Rephrase and I found Frazer to be efficient, knowledgeable and effective, going above and beyond to deliver an excellent service.
