Southpoint Consulting did a phenomenal job implementing two major projects within our SalesForce environment. They were very flexible with our ever changing requirements and priorities and worked very well with our not-so-tech-savvy business partners to elicit requirements and worked collaboratively with them in designing user-friendly solutions. Their ongoing O&M support has been exceptional too (even though we have had very few issues from their projects). All their consultants have very great work ethic and were very professional throughout the project. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to other agencies and organizations.

Delivered what they promised

As a federal government customer, I was very pleased with Southpoint's work in designing a Salesforce-based product using out- of-the-box functionality and custom objects to meet our stated requirements. This made it possible to put out a good product in a short timeframe at a reasonable cost. The team, led by Nicale and Pesh, were professional, focused, and delivered results. When things did not work as planned, they always made themselves available and found solutions. I would recommend them and would use them again.
