V12 is a great partner. Laura, our lead contact at V12 really sought to understand our goals, our needs and most importantly how we could benefit from our new platform. Laura was a huge help in the training process. I would highly recommend that companies looking to launch SF CRM, use a team like V12 to master the training before turning it over to the sales training department.

Just went live in July with over 200 Account Executives and 50 General Managers. Excellent implementation. We integrated 3rd party databases, our proprietary order system and our own sales process on the Salesforce platform. The V12 team kept the development on track and, equally importantly, their excellent communication reduced our anxiety. We would definitely recommend V12 and would use them again given the need.
