HomeKeeper as an app and program of Grounded Solutions Network, a national membership organization. We work with affordable housing non-profits, community land trusts, Habitat for Humanity affiliates, local governments, housing counseling organizations and other advocates managing housing programs and building inclusive communities. HomeKeeper is in use by over 100 organizations. Data and program outcomes from HomeKeeper is aggregated and shared via the HomeKeeper National Data Hub. We are a two-time awardee of the Salesforce.Org Force for Change grant program. HomeKeeper has been a HUD approved Client Management System for housing counseling programs since 2016.
