Excellent, attentive and tailored support from Clarysys

Our charity partnered with Clarysys on designing and customising our Salesforce back-office, and provided excellent support in advising which Apps to use and how best to meet the needs of our team. Huge thanks to Steph who led on this and was very attentive, an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and spoke in a language we could understand. Thanks also to Cian and Carolina. Salesforce now drives business decisions

We partnered with Clarasys in 2015 and since then we have continued to benefit from a small team of pro bono consultants who have shared their time and expertise. They have taken the time to understand our changing business models and identify smarter, better ways of working to improve productivity and insights. Their support to date has been instrumental in helping shape our digital strategy with the embedding of Salesforce. Clarasys has provided an additional level of analysis and rigour to our decision making which has enabled us to make a shift change in the way that we manage data and make business decisions. With the tailored support of Clarasys we have changed Salesforce from a data dumping ground into a sophisticated marketing tool. I have also been really impressed with Clarasys's willingness to build our internal expertise by supporting the knowledge growth of our Salesforce administrators. This has involved site visits and some ad-hoc remote advice.

Helping us optimise Salesforce

Clarasys have been working with us to optimise our use of Salesforce as well as configuring its integration with Mailchimp. We were impressed with the scope of work they were happy to commit to from day one given that their engagement with us is pro bono. We have been allocated a dedicated project coordinator who is in regular contact and draws on expertise in Clarasys to support on tasks. It is helpful with the little resource we have in team to be kept to a schedule on developments and we have appreciated Clarasys communicating and sharing the work done to ensure we can maintain it. Clarasys have been extremely generous in their allocation of resource to us to support our optimisation and review of Salesforce. Their consultants have been very approachable and worked around our needs as an organisation. I look forward to continuing our relationship with Clarasys going forward to further improve our systems and processes.

Clarasys were professional, efficient and insightful throughout their time with us at the Citizenship Foundation. They fitted in quickly to the organisation and worked with us to establish our processes, which we knew in our heads but had never had the opportunity to verbalise and agree. Having this view on our work enabled us to see more clearly how we can create processes and systems that will work across the organisation. Clarasys then built and implemented their recommended Salesforce structure based on the analysis of our organization. This included improving all standard objects to better reflect our needs as well as creating a custom object to help our teams track their specific projects. By working collaboratively with the teams across the organization we were able to see real benefits in our end to end processes and how they were tracked in Salesforce.
