Approval Manager = Win!
This app is a real savior! But like another user stated, it would be nice to have a mobile version of this app to make it even more useful for the every day busy multi-tasker! I give the app 5 stars because I trust the developers will release a mobile version soon, and it will more than exceed my expectations. Great work!
Useful App!
I'm not a big reviewer of products but really can't recommend this app enough. It has always worked without problems. I've literally never had an error message or lock up while using it, and would recommend this app to any business owner to assist in daily operations.

Great Support Experience with GaugeLabs Support
I initially had some issues with Approval Manager. I contacted GaugeLabs Support, and I honestly did not expect a quick reply. Most developers have a slow turnaround for customer requests. GuageLabs reached out to me within 4 hours! Their support response solved my issues, and now my app is running flawlessly. Thank you for the excellent support.

I have been using this app for about a week now. I like to wait a week before posting any reviews. So far the app has exceeded my expectations. There are a few improvements that I would like to see, but for a first deployment, the developers did a great job. I will continue to use this app daily.

Fill the Pesky Gaps in Your Approval Processes!
Approval Manager is a great product! We were struggling with people remembering to queue contracts for appproval, challenged not be able to remind approvers of delinquency, and frustrated not to be able to see approval and rejection comments along the way. With approval mananger, and some customization from their great team, we've been able to remove manual steps that were slowing down our process, automate reminders, provide immediate access to approval and rejection comments through email notifications, all in addition to the ability of all users to see into the live approval process. The Approval Manager team is responsive, proactive and great partners in addressing custom needs and mapping them to product improvements that benefit all users. I highly recommend this app!

We have been using this application for a while now, our team were involved with the testing. In our organization we employ interns and often users forget or ignore the submit for approval, Approval Manager is helping us deal with this issue and improving our sales process, as we no longer have to rely on users to click the submit for approval button, instead records are submitted automatically from workflow rule.
