Simple and Efficient
Over the last two years, our state agency (Governor's Office of Economic Development, State of Utah) has been using the CommunityGrants app to manage quarterly application and review processes for technology commercialization program. In addition to improved data accuracy and the overall consolidation of end to end process, CommunityGrants app has proved to be a one stop solution that has saved us a lot of FTE time and also increased efficiencies. The support team is excellent, being one of the pilot implementations, we have seen extensive enhancements that are based on real time user and end user feedback. The team has been very open about customizing and building additional features and functionalities that would be used for our corporate incentives process in future. Overall we are very satisfied with the implementation and the ease of use.
Excellent GMS
My State agency has been using the CommunityGrants system since November of 2011 and it's hands down the best online grants management system. If you want a streamlined process from building the applications and final reports, monitors the applications and set up the grant reviewers in no time. If you have to same application every year, you can clone the template and tweak it for the new funding cycle. I am able to assist applicants and panelists on the fly with any technical support they needed. The customer service to also excellent...they will never leave you hanging.
