MINT was engaged to lead the secure migration of users and selected data from Ajinomoto's legacy Salesforce organization into PCI's system—a foundational step toward aligning both entities under a shared technology ecosystem. From the outset, MINT demonstrated a clear understanding of the project's strategic importance. Their team closely collaborated with PCI stakeholders to define migration parameters, including which records would be transferred (e.g., leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, and files), while excluding non-essential objects such as campaigns and SAP-related uploads. Their flexibility in supporting deduplication and data mapping tasks was particularly valuable, given the complexity of the legacy data structures. The integration timeline reflected a well-structured approach that included discovery workshops, system reviews, documentation preparation, and phased implementation, culminating in user training and hypercare support.
