A truly outstanding product

Our business has been using Distribution Engine for around 5 years now, and I have to say we are beyond impressed with the product and how it handles case distribution for our entire global support solution. We use the solution extensively with over 80+ teams and in the 3 years I've been the SME for DE, it's not failed us once... it's easily the most stable app we have in the business. Our SLAs timings have improved significantly since adopting DE, and it's made a huge difference to our CSAT. I hope NC Squared keeps DE competitive in terms of features as I know other solutions are out there, but in my experience, nothing comes close to this product. Damian and Jimmy are second to none when it comes to supporting us, but honestly, DE runs itself so its rare that we even need to reach out, usually its for some guidance on a feature we haven't explored yet. I also want to give a big shoutout to the people behind the scenes too, our CSM Alexa, our TAE Toms and the Product Manager Charlie. 10/10, could not recommend higher.

Outstanding support and a product that grows with you

We've been using Distribution Engine for several years to handle complex, multi-tier record assignments in Salesforce. It handles routing logic that would be painful to build natively in Salesforce. What stood out consistently was the support experience. I reached out about an assignment issue I suspected was a bug. Jimmy from the support team pinpointed the root cause and he walked through the logic clearly in a Gmeet all within the same day. Beyond fixing the immediate issue, Jimmy proactively suggested a better way to structure our distributors - consolidating our separate language-based distributors into a single one using a Dynamic Language field and stamp group filters. That wasn't something I knew was possible, and it's going to meaningfully reduce duplication in our setup. The product is genuinely powerful, and the support team clearly understands it deeply. Would recommend without hesitation to any Salesforce team running complex lead or opportunity routing.

We absolutely love Distribution Engine. It genuinely gives you everything that Omni-Channel once promised it would be and even more on top of that. It is so easy to configure, set up and understand - plus their help documentation is amazing so you never get stuck! Strongly recommend this product!

Appreciation for DE Tool and DE Support Team

What did you like about this app? I really liked the responsiveness and ease of use of the app. The interface is intuitive, and the support experience has been excellent. The quick turnaround from the support team and the overall efficiency of the tool make day-to-day operations much smoother. Would you recommend the app to others? Yes, definitely. The tool is reliable, efficient, and backed by a highly responsive support team, which makes it very valuable for operational and routing workflows.

An Excellent product and Team

The app itself works really well and can handle complex scenarios through configuration only. Additionally Toms and the team are extremely supportive and responsive. They helped us work through some tricky scenarios and allowed the internal sales team to go from picking leads manually off of a list view to a fully automated process that resulted in a 40% increase in the number of leads distributed despite the fact that there was a seasonal decrease in the number of leads generated. The best part is their support they are quick and thorough in their responses. If I need to use a lead or record distribution tool again I will definitely be reaching out to NC Squared.

The best tool out there.

I’ve just kicked off my third DE implementation, and honestly, it’s still one of the most reliable bits of kit in my stack. It’s been a massive help for everything from automatic TAL account distribution (with active caps and load balancing) to distributing MQLs and Opps, while enabling our reps to use the native rejection feature too. Having native SF reporting that’s actually usable/customisable is a game-changer for us; it means we aren't fighting with the data to get the insights we need. By replacing the manual spreadsheet slog with a proactive engine, we’ve maximised our speed-to-lead and killed off the 'admin debt' and ownership disputes that slow teams down. It’s rare to find a tool that’s this cost-effective and scalable while remaining so flexible, and it helps massively that their CS team are fantastic and always on hand to help us problem-solve.

A reliable product and trusted team

Distribution Engine has been integral to my routing needs at multiple companies over the years, and at Skeens Warehouse Services Inc. it has been key to easily routing work orders to our operations managers. With Distribution Engine we drive faster response times, better consistency, and can easily scale our routing operations when we grow to utilize more custom or standard objects in the future beyond just work orders in Salesforce. The support team is always timely, responsive, and super helpful for any needs and guidance on set up.

Love the product!

Distribution engine has been a game changer when we needed a simple solution for assigning contacts and accounts. No need for some over complicated bloated solution. Team behind it has always been incredibly supportive. When you need them, they are there. otherwise they leave you alone.

Great Tool

Great tool, very straightforward to use, and covers all the bases of what we need. Only improvements to me would be easier navigation of the tool, as well as an easier way to clone things across teams.
