Real-time assignment: • Using round-robin logic, Cases and Leads can be assigned to individual and multiple users in real time • Round-robin users can be configured based on queue On-demand assignment: • Using round-robin logic, inactive users' Cases and Leads can be assigned to active users • Standard assignment rules can be used to assign Cases and Leads from inactive users to active users • Cases and Leads can be assigned directly to particular users and the number of records to transfer can be quantified Round Robin Rules provides you with the ability to easily, evenly, accurately and automatically assign Cases, Contacts and Leads. Take the pain out of assigning records and make selling easy again!
